Dellent is seeking a Lead Java Developer to work in Lisbon or Porto on a multinational IT project. You will design and implement cloud-based microservices, lead development, ensure code quality, and collaborate with global teams.

The role requires strong experience in Java ecosystems, a passion for clean code, and the ability to mentor others while delivering scalable solutions in a dynamic environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Develop cloud and micro service business solutions on different platforms that combine user needs with business requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
• Develop and advance building pipelines and automation of the software development lifecycle.
• Set up security, logging and monitoring for our products.
• Understand software design on a micro and macro level.
• Are aware of SOLID principles and follow Clean Code principles.
• Pro-actively automate testing of the code you write.
• Create innovative prototypes and develop them into marketable solutions.
• Prefer to work in small increments, with very short feedback loops, iterating often.
• Enjoy frequent collaboration, because together we’re stronger and more resilient.

Key Responsibilities
