A Decskill está à procura de um Agile Analyst em Lisboa para trabalhar diretamente com o PO do projeto. O candidato ideal deve ter habilidades analíticas e organizacionais, experiência em análise de sistemas e conhecimento da mentalidade Ágil. A posição oferece a oportunidade de trabalhar em projetos de longo prazo com um foco em uma cultura centrada nas pessoas, valorizando a transparência e a confiança. Fluência em português é essencial.

Qualificações

• Habilidades analíticas, organizacionais e de planejamento excepcionais.
• Experiência em análise de sistemas e elaboração de critérios de aceitação.
• Conhecimento de Mentalidade Ágil e Scrum.

Responsabilidades

• Trabalhar diretamente com o PO do projeto.
• Mapeamento e análise de requisitos.
• Preparação de documentação de especificações funcionais.

Agile Analyst

Location: Lisbon

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the project PO.
• Requirements mapping and analysis.
• Analysis and writing of User Stories.
• Preparation of functional specifications documentation.
• Being the bridge between the business and the development team.
• Participate in meetings with the diverse stackholders.

Requirements

• Great analytical, organizational and planning skills.
• Experience in IS analysis, and elaboration of acceptance criteria.
• Experience in Software Architecture (Plus).
• Knowledge of Agile and Scum Mindset.
• Excellent process communication skills.
• Excellent communication skills and customer and team orientation.
• Fluency in the portuguese language.
