Talan is seeking an Agent, MCP & Prompt Engineer to lead the design, configuration, and lifecycle management of AI agents and MCP servers. This hybrid role is based in Málaga, Spain, with mandatory relocation.

You will ensure performance, scalability and interoperability across the SDLC and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software engineering, DevOps or AI systems, strong SDLC knowledge, and experience in prompt engineering.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering, DevOps or AI-related system experience.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and integration tools (IDEs, CI/CD).
• Experience in prompt engineering or conversational AI design is valued.
• Ability to manage complex configurations and ensure interoperability.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement AI agents for specific SDLC stages (design, dev, test, deploy).
• Configure and manage MCP servers and integrate with IDEs and CI/CD tools.

Job Description

We are looking for a technically skilled and innovative Agent, MCP & Prompt Engineer to lead the design, configuration, and lifecycle management of AI agents and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. This role is critical to ensuring the performance, scalability, and interoperability of our AI ecosystem across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agents tailored to specific SDLC stages (design, development, testing, deployment).
• Configure and manage MCP servers and their integration with development environments (IDEs, CI/CD tools, applications).
• Optimize prompt engineering and orchestration strategies to enhance agent performance and reliability.
• Ensure interoperability and scalability of AI components within the broader ecosystem.
• Continuously improve agent and MCP configurations based on performance metrics and user feedback.

Required Qualifications
