Grundfos is seeking an Aftermarket Back Office Engineer: Quotation & Tech Support to provide technical quotations and product sizing guidance across HVAC, booster, and cooling systems. You will support customers before, during, and after transactions, ensuring accurate SAP/CRM data and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a hybrid setup.

The role requires engineering education (0–3 years), knowledge of pump and HVAC systems, and strong English communication.

Qualificações

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field (0–3 years).
Fundamental knowledge of pump systems, HVAC, booster, or cooling cycles.
Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and CRM tools.
Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

Review customer enquiries, RFQ for spare parts, retrofit solutions and service requirements.
Prepare accurate techno-commercial quotations aligned with Grundfos standards and customer requirements.
Prepare complex quotations after assessing site installations requirements and suggesting replacement.
Register all customer interactions, opportunities, and master data accurately in SAP and the global CRM tool.
Collaborate with aftermarket sales teams, Service & solutions, and engineering to resolve technical cases and nurture sales opportunities.
