Amcor is seeking a Strategy & Transformation Director to lead the AFEMEA business group’s strategy and transformation agenda. You will partner with BU leaders to shape the strategic priorities, growth opportunities and investment plans across 70 sites and €3.6 billion in sales.

You will establish governance, drive major transformation programs, and ensure measurable outcomes while building best practices in strategy development and portfolio management.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, transformation or corporate development.
• Experience in multi-country manufacturing, industrial, FMCG or related sectors.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and execution of the AFEMEA strategy.
• Manage the annual strategic planning process and longer-term roadmap.
• Partner with BU leaders to identify growth opportunities and investment priorities.
• Develop fact-based recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Challenge existing assumptions and explore alternative strategic options.
• Bring external market, customer, technology and competitive insights into strategic discussions.
• Define strategic priorities, success measures and implementation plans.
• Establish governance and reporting processes for the strategic portfolio.
