Amcor is seeking an Asset Manager Network Optimization to drive integrated network performance across AFEMEA. The role focuses on optimizing asset safety, service, quality and cost, aligning with S&OP and demand planning for a future-ready manufacturing footprint.

Responsibilities include leading capital investment planning, asset lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, IT and Finance to maximize value across the AFEMEA network.

Qualificações

• University degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in program/project management.
• Proficient computer skills; MS Office; VBA; Power BI.
• Fluent English and another major European language desirable.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and cross-cultural environment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver year-over-year cost improvements and drive revenue and profit growth.
• Optimize products and technologies and deliver against operating plans and objectives.
• Monitor pipelines and provide long-term forecasts for market strategies and capital decisions.
• Evaluate asset performance and deploy central resources to support best practices.
• Lead efforts to optimize AFEMEA assets and define restructuring opportunities.
