Amcor is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner for their Supply Chain function, based in Lisbon, Portugal. This permanent position requires a seasoned HR leader to influence strategic decisions and drive transformation across a multi-country supply chain network. You will partner closely with senior leadership to implement best-in-class HR solutions.

The ideal candidate will have HR leadership experience in supply chain environments, expertise in talent development, and hands-on experience with HR systems like SuccessFactors and Workday. A hybrid work model is available for this role.

Qualificações

• Proven HR leadership in mature supply chain environments.
• Experience in matrix, international organizations with strong HR business partnering.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
