Airbus Portugal SA is seeking a Professional-level Project Manager to lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of complex aerospace projects, ensuring budget, schedule and quality alignment.

You will establish PM processes, manage risks, and present clear reports to stakeholders, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver value and drive innovation in a multidisciplinary environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management within the aerospace industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
• Experience working in a matrix organization and managing cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of aerospace regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• High problem-solving skills and quick comprehension will help you in our environment
• Business fluent English (German desirable)
• Experience in MS Office and G Suite
• Willingness to travel

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of complex projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
• Establish and maintain project management processes and standards, including reporting, risk management, and change control.
• Monitor project budgets, forecast costs, and ensure financial objectives are achieved.
• Develop precise and impactful presentations using G Suite for stakeholder meetings, board meetings, and client presentations.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovation, problem-solving, and team building.
• Manage project documentation, prepare reports, and conduct comprehensive post-meeting reviews.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and clients to achieve project goals and leverage synergies.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deliverables.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment of project goals and expectations.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report regularly on project status to stakeholders.
