Airbus Portugal SA is seeking a professional Programme & Project Manager to lead complex aerospace initiatives in Lisbon. You will manage planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver on time and within quality standards.

You will establish PM processes, report to stakeholders, and drive risk management. The role requires strong leadership, English fluency, and willingness to travel within a matrix organisation; familiarity with G Suite and MS Office is essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in project management within aerospace.
• Familiarity with PM methodologies and tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of complex aerospace projects.
• Establish and maintain PM processes, reporting, risk management, and change control.
• Monitor budgets, forecast costs, and ensure financial objectives.
• Develop presentations using G Suite for meetings with stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops to foster innovation and teamwork.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to reach goals.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Track milestones and report status to stakeholders.
