Airbus Portugal SA is seeking a Professional in Programme & Project Management to lead project planning, budget planning, and interface coordination across departments and customers.

You will drive risk management, reporting, and handovers, ensuring alignment with global processes while collaborating with international interfaces and a hybrid work setup. Strong English and G Suite experience are required.

Qualificações

• Diploma/Bachelor degree in business administration or engineering, with several years of professional experience in consulting, project management or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in leading various projects.
• High resilience and assertiveness.
• High team & communication skills.
• Business fluent English.
• Experience with G Suite.
• Basic accounting experience desirable (Business Case, Actuals tracking, operational planning).

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate project interfaces and dependencies across departments and customers.
• Prepare project profiles, budgets, and workload estimations.
• Manage order intake of project suppliers and overall cost tracking.
• Develop procedures and processes and ensure global agreement on requirements.
• Represent the project to higher reporting levels and project interfaces.
• Present subproject status for quality, costs and deadlines and manage risks.
