Web Summit is hiring an Advertising Associate to run day-to-day performance campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. You’ll turn data into dashboards, inform strategy, and collaborate with Growth, Analytics, Creative and Partner teams to deliver consistent messaging for attendees and partners.

You should be data-driven, customer-focused, and have a background in paid media management and content marketing. This role offers a dynamic environment and growth opportunities within Web Summit.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of performance marketing experience and data-centric approach.
• Customer-led by instinct with emphasis on audience insights.
• Ability to aggregate raw campaign data into dashboards and analysis.
• Focus on paid media management and content marketing.

Responsabilidades

• Run day-to-day campaign execution across Meta, LinkedIn and Google.
• Transform data into dashboards and actionable insights for the team.
• Partner with Growth, Marketing Analytics, Creative and partner teams on campaigns.
• Apply customer-focused reasoning to testing and campaign decisions.
• Contribute to testing agenda across creative, targeting and bidding.
• Share ideas; be listened to, and collaborate across teams.
