Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and more. You will analyze performance data to drive improvements in CTR, ROAS, and CPA while collaborating with content and design teams to improve creatives and landing pages.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Danish C2 or native and strong B2 in English.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing ads on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets, with ability to work with formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with UTM tracking, Google Analytics, and performance metrics.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and others.
• Monitor campaign performance and implement changes to improve KPIs such as CTR, ROAS, and CPA.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to refine ad strategies.
• Generate performance reports using Excel or Google Sheets, applying intermediate to advanced functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting).
• Collaborate with content and design teams to improve ad creatives and landing pages.
• Stay updated on platform updates, trends, and best practices in digital advertising.
• Communicate with Danish-speaking clients or internal stakeholders to report on performance and campaign updates.
