Jobtailor inLisbon is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Lead to manage and optimize cross-platform campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google. You will transform raw campaign data into dashboards and actionable insights, guiding the team with customer-centric decisions and data-driven storytelling.

You will collaborate with Growth, Marketing Analytics, Creative, and Startup/Partner teams to ensure consistent messaging and integrated campaigns.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of performance marketing experience.
• Data-centric with ability to pull and transform raw campaign data into dashboards.
• Customer-led decision making with focus on the customer perspective.
• Experience turning data into actionable insights and reporting.
• Career focused on paid media management and content marketing.

Responsabilidades

• Run day-to-day campaign execution across Meta, LinkedIn and Google.
• Turn data into reports and spark the team’s next move.
• Partner with Growth, Marketing Analytics, Creative and Startup/Partner teams to align campaigns and messages.
• Bring a customer lens to tests and decisions; explain what happened and why it matters.
• Help build the testing agenda across creative, targeting and bidding.
• Contribute ideas and be open to peer input; share results transparently.
