Job summary

Mindera in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a Product Manager to drive AdTech capabilities across Web and App, expanding advertising features, optimizing placements, and enabling self-service experiences for business partners.

You will work with Design, Engineering and stakeholder teams to define the product roadmap, identify growth opportunities, and deliver initiatives that create measurable value for the business and customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager (or Product Owner) in AdTech, Retail Media, e‑commerce or a similar digital product environment.
• Solid understanding of the ad serving ecosystem: placements, targeting, tracking, reporting and inventory management.
• Experience managing roadmaps and backlogs across multiple stakeholders and teams, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Ability to balance commercial goals (revenue, supplier value) with customer experience.
• Strong analytical mindset, with experience defining KPIs/OKRs and using data to drive prioritisation.
• Experience working with web and mobile app products.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive Strategy: Drive the long‑term vision, adoption and implementation of AdTech across Web and App platforms, identifying new opportunities and continuously optimising existing placements to maximise supplier revenue whilst ensuring a good customer experience.
• Lead Roadmap: Partner with the Retail Media team to manage the product roadmap and prioritise the backlog to align with core business goals and objectives, influencing other Digital teams to prioritise and deliver new features as required.
• Elevate Standards: Set and maintain high customer experience standards through close collaboration with Design, Research, and Retail Media teams, to align on guiding principles for suppliers and internal approvals.
• Support Accessibility: Embed accessibility guidelines and support for assistive technologies
• Measure Impact: Establish success metrics that ladder up to our business OKRs and online scorecard.
