Responsabilidades

• Desenvolver e gerir processos que melhorem a qualidade do output da equipa
• Entrada, gestão e validação de faturas das várias operações
• Auxiliar na partilha de informações resultantes das análises de produto e alertar as áreas relevantes sobre as conclusões
• Auxiliar no controlo de dados relacionado com o produto para estabelecer a comunicação entre as áreas
• Trabalhar com as equipas de operações para otimizar e construir processos

Role: Developing and managing processes that improve the quality of the team's output Entering, managing and validating invoices from the various operations teams Assisting in the sharing of information resulting from the product analyses carried out and alerting the respective areas to the main conclusions Assisting in the control of data associated with the product in matters related to the process to establish the communication channel between your area and the other areas of the company Working with the operations teams to optimize and build processes

Hard Skills:

• Solid knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Knowledge of English
