Job summary

A Nors Group procura um Técnico de Contas a Receber para se juntar à equipa em Porto. O papel envolve gerir cobranças, reconciliações de contas e apoio à gestão de recebimentos.

O candidato ideal tem licenciatura em Gestão/Economia/Contabilidade, pelo menos 2 anos de experiência e conhecimento de SAP, com fluência em inglês e fortes competências analíticas e de comunicação. Integração num grupo global com oportunidades de desenvolvimento.

Qualifications

• Licenciatura ou equivalente em gestão, economia, contabilidade ou áreas relacionadas.
• Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência em funções similares.
• Valorizado o conhecimento de SAP e inglês fluente.

Responsibilities

• Contactar clientes para cobrar dívidas e reconciliar contas ativas.
• Analisar e alocar recibos de clientes.
• Fornecer esclarecimentos sobre as contas correntes dos clientes.
• Preparar e apresentar relatórios para a equipa financeira.
• Monitorizar processos automáticos (débitos diretos, lembretes, caixas de faturas).

We are looking for a Accounts Receivable Technician to join our team in Porto.

What's the challenge?

• Ensure the contact with external customers to settle debts and reconcile current accounts;
• Analyse and allocate customer receipts;
• Provide clarifications related to customers' current accounts;
• Prepare and deliver reports on supplier responsibilities to internal customers and financial team;
• Monitor the automatic processes implemented (direct debit, reminders, and cash invoice boxes).

What do we expect from you?

• Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting or related areas;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles;
• Experience with SAP is valued;
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills;
• Proactiveness, organization, and responsibility;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
