Job summary

Nors, a global group, is looking for an Accounts Receivable Technician to join our Porto Shared Services. You will contact external customers to settle debts, allocate receipts, and provide clarifications on current accounts.

You will work with SAP, support reporting, and participate in monitoring direct debits and reminders, contributing to accurate financials while developing your career in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting or related areas.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience with SAP is valued.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills.
• Proactiveness, organization, and responsibility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contact with external customers to settle debts and reconcile current accounts.
• Analyse and allocate customer receipts.
• Provide clarifications related to customers' current accounts.
• Prepare and deliver reports on supplier responsibilities to internal customers and financial team.
• Monitor the automatic processes implemented (direct debit, reminders, and cash invoice boxes).
