Inspired Education Group, based in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join its Billing and Collection team. You will report to the Accounts Receivable Manager in our Lisbon office and handle invoicing, payment tracking, and statements for families and schools.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in administration or management, strong English skills, and attention to detail. Experience with JD Edwards is a plus.

• Issuing annual, quarterly, and monthly invoices.
• Providing clarification to parents regarding billing/account statements.
• Controlling study visits and other services attached to education / Preparing files for accounting.
• Controlling student payments, issuing receipts, and account statements.
• Liaising with the legal department and the school in the debt recovery process.
• Organizing documentation for sending to accounting.
• Providing support and clarification to the department head and school management bodies.

Reporting to the Account Receivable Manager, Inspired Group is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join its Billing and Collection team in its Lisbon office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Issuing annual, quarterly, and monthly invoices;
• Providing clarification to parents regarding billing/account statements;
• Controlling study visits and other services attached to education / Preparing files for accounting;
• Controlling student payments, issuing receipts, and account statements;
• Liaising with the legal department and the school in the debt recovery process;
• Organizing documentation for sending to accounting;
• Providing support and clarification to the department head and school management bodies.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Degree in Administration, Management, or similar field;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Team spirit and initiative;
• Experience in JDE (valued but not mandatory).
