Job summary

Hexa People seeks an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead end-to-end AR operations in a high-volume, international environment. You will oversee cash application, sales reconciliations, and proactive debt strategies while partnering with senior leadership to optimize working capital.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in team leadership within a large multinational setting, strong ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle), and fluent English communication. This position is based in the Greater Porto Area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline; master's or professional certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in team management, specifically leading Team Leaders in a large-scale, international or matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations, including cash application, complex sales reconciliations, and proactive bad debt management.
• Establish operational metrics, monitor debtor portfolios, identify financial risks, and collaborate with senior leadership to minimize default exposure.
• Drive excellence across Cash Application, Sales Reconciliation and Bad Debt Management to optimize working capital.
