Convatec is seeking an Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense Associate in Lisbon with strong SAP and Excel skills. Hybrid work arrangement involves one in-office day per week in Lisbon and remote collaboration with global teams.

You will handle vendor invoices, intercompany transactions, and employee expense reimbursements while ensuring accurate reconciliations and timely payments. The role requires experience in a shared services environment, keen attention to detail, and the ability to mentor

Qualificações

• Experience with vendor invoices and intercompany processes.
• Strong communication and teamwork required.
• Experience in shared services environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process vendor invoices and intercompany transactions.
• Maintain vendor accounts and perform reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Business Units to resolve issues and vendor queries.
• Track invoices blocked for payment and assist in resolving issues.
• Produce payment proposal reports and support end users on expense submissions.
• Manage Travel & Expense system and corporate card program administration.
• Develop training materials and SOPs; assist auditors as needed.
• Mentor junior staff and support integration across teams.
