Go4Mobility is seeking an Accounts Payable specialist to join our finance team in Lisbon. The role covers invoice processing, payments, SAP records, and bi-monthly cycles, in a hybrid work setting.

You will work with a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with treasury guidelines. Fluency in English and advanced Excel are required; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or a similar field (preferred).
• 3-4 years’ of professional experience as Accounts Payable.
• Knowledge of SAP (preferred), with SAP COPA module considered a plus.
• Previous knowledge of accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills (mandatory).
• English proficiency at an independent user level.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (2-3 days a week at the Lisbon office).

Responsabilidades

• Receive, verify, and process supplier invoices
• Ensure timely supplier payments in alignment with treasury guidelines
• Manage and respond to emails within the Accounts Payable inboxes
• Create and update supplier records in SAP
• Maintain and update treasury support files and documentation
• Archive invoices validated in JIRA
• Post invoices in SAP accurately and on time
• Prepare documentation for review ahead of bi-monthly payment cycles
• Process salary and tax payments for all companies within the group
