Essity AB seeks an Accounts Payable Administrator to join the Europe Central team in Portugal, managing Poland, Greece, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Romania markets. You will process supplier invoices and ensure compliance with global standards.

The ideal candidate has a finance or accounting degree, AP experience, and proficiency with SAP and Office 365. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and contribute to process improvements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent.
• Previous experience in an accounts payable role.
• Strong organizational skills and accountability.
• Familiarity with SAP and Office 365.

Responsabilidades

• Invoice processing of supplier invoices in SAP.
• Manage supplier email correspondence and resolve queries promptly.
• Address tickets from internal stakeholders, including factory teams.
• Investigate discrepancies such as direct debits without invoices and liaise with suppliers for resolution.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Provide accounts payable services for Poland, Greece, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Romania.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
