Essity, a global hygiene and health company, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Lisbon. You will support end-to-end AP processes within a multinational GBS setting, handling invoices, postings, and controls with accuracy and timeliness.

You will collaborate across regions, contribute to audits, and drive continuous improvement while leveraging SAP, Office 365, and Excel to maintain high standards of financial integrity. Hybrid work in Lisbon, fluent English required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a comparable field.
• Experience in accounts payable or similar finance role.
• Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous.

Your work will help ensure that financial transactions are handled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
