Dauch in Porto, Portugal, is seeking an Accounts Payable Team Lead to manage a 10+ FTE AP team in a hybrid setup. The role focuses on leading daily operations, driving KPI-based performance, and ensuring strong internal controls while aligning with audit requirements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in finance with proven leadership, analytical acumen, and solid accounting knowledge. This position develops the team and contributes to monthly and yearly closings, in a multicultural environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting leadership.
• Proven leadership in finance teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles; ERP/workflow knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of 10+ Accounts Payables FTEs.
• Manage daily performance and team development.
• Define and track KPIs to support team success.
• Conduct regular 1:1s and team meetings.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
