Job summary

Astemo Ltd. in Lisbon invites applications for an Accounts Payable Intern in the Corporate Finance Department. You will assist in day-to-day invoice processing, coding and approval, and help connect invoices with receipts using SAP.

This internship offers international exposure and a chance to develop finance and data management skills within a growing automotive group, with focus on accuracy, organization and learning.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or equivalent (minimum: bachelor's).
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Eligible for IEFP Internship.
• Willingness to learn, accuracy, organization, resilience, and results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Perform day to day management of all invoices received ensuring correct sorting, coding, approval and matching of invoices with receipts.
• Promote optimization of accounting process and procedures.
• Learn how to manage data from global suppliers through global communication and how to connect invoices and suppliers using SAP system.

Main responsibilities:
