Verisure in Lisbon offers an Accounts Payable Intern opportunity within the Group Accounting Team, collaborating with colleagues across Sweden, Switzerland and other European countries. The internship focuses on supporting P2P/AP processes and developing into a permanent role in a fast-growing, international company.

Ideal candidates are final-year or recent graduates in Finance/Economics/Accounting or related fields, with strong English skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualificações

• Final year students or recent graduates in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Management, or related fields.
• Strong interest in finance and accounting processes
• Fluent written and spoken English (Portuguese is a plus)
• Analytical, methodical and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with different IT systems
• Well-organized, proactive and eager to suggest process improvements
• Positive attitude and strong team spirit
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment

Responsabilidades

• Supporting the Procure-to-Pay (P2P)/AP process, including invoice reception and processing
• Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Reviewing and ensuring correct cost center and account classification on purchase orders
• Supporting daily operational activities within the team
• Performing ad hoc Accounts Payable and Procurement tasks as required
• Collaborating with local finance specialists (accounting, tax, annual reporting) to ensure compliance with local legislation
