Ideal for juniors with 0–2 years in finance operations, you will gain exposure to fund accounting, P2P workflows, and ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA. Fluent English required; German is a plus.

Qualificações

• 0–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance roles.
• Basic knowledge of invoice processing, P2P workflows, and vendor payments.
• Familiarity with VAT/tax compliance and audit documentation.
• Experience with ERP systems (prefer SAP S/4HANA) and strong Excel skills.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, with good communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English; German language skills are a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Process and verify vendor invoices with accurate coding and VAT treatment.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage vendor payments and support reconciliations.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and master data accuracy.
• Monitor issues and contribute to process improvements.
