Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to manage invoice processing, vendor communications, and timely payments in a multinational environment. The role supports cost control and accurate financial reporting within our Europe-wide services network.

Fluent English and German are required, and a technical accounting background with at least three years in a similar setting is preferred.

Qualificações

• Technical degree in Accounting / Finance / Management / Economics.
• 3+ years experience in a multinational company is desirable.
• Experience in Global Business Services is a plus (GBS roles).

Responsabilidades

• Reviewing and verifying invoices, ensuring proper coding and authorization, and entering them into the accounting system.
• Assist in reconciling vendor statements, resolving payment discrepancies, and managing vendor relationships.
• Assist in month-end closing activities, participate in financial audits, and contribute to financial reporting requirements.
