Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role.
• Demonstrated awareness of VAT requirements and payment processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet service level agreements (SLAs).
• Handle incoming invoices and internal/external requests via ticketing system.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely payments while supporting global finance operations.
• Manage invoices and respond to inquiries, contributing to close activities.
