Adecco Recursos Humanos is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join a dynamic team focused on operational excellence and accurate accounting. The role involves maintaining SAP records, performing reconciliations, and supporting audits in an international environment involving foreign markets.

The ideal candidate has a accounting degree, at least 3 years of experience, strong Excel and IFRS knowledge, and English fluency.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• IFRS knowledge is highly valued
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accounting records in SAP (invoices/purchases, fixed assets, sales, provisions, and accruals)
• Perform account reconciliations
• Conduct monthly trial balance analysis
• Record, monitor, and control financial investments
• Provide accounting information to support tax assessments
• Prepare and analyze annual accounts and financial statements
• Monitor balances and transactions between Group companies
• Prepare information for internal controls and audits
• Participate in projects and collaborate with different areas of the organization as required
• Propose solutions to standardize, automate, improve, and simplify processes and procedures
