Forvia Faurecia, líder em mobilidade sustentável, procura um Estagiário em Accounting & Reporting para integrar a equipa financeira.

O candidato trabalhará num ambiente dinâmico, com tarefas de reconciliação, fecho mensal e geração de relatórios, contribuindo para a gestão contábil de ativos e controlo financeiro.

Qualificações

• Bacharel em Economia/Gestão/Contabilidade ou equivalente.
• Conhecimento de inglês; outros idiomas são vantagem.
• Competências informáticas e raciocínio numérico aguçado.

Responsabilidades

• Executar tarefas no ERP com precisão e fiabilidade.
• Apoiar reconciliação de contas e justificar saldos.
• Apoiar lançamentos; gerar relatórios, balancetes e extratos de contas.
• Assistir no registo de ativos fixos.
• Apoiar o fecho mensal e tarefas de reporting.
• Apoiar arquivamento de documentos e relatórios.
• Participar em Grupos de Resolução de Problemas.

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Be able to correctly perform all tasks in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning);
• Support the reconciliation of accounts and justify their balance;
• Support in launches; Accountants, take out reports, balance sheets, account statements;
• Assist in tasks of registering Fixed Assets;
• Assist with monthly account closing and reporting tasks;
• Support the archiving of documents and reports;
• Participate in Problem Solving Groups.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Qualifications:

• Degree in Economics/Management/Accounting or Equivalent;
• Knowledge of English (French/German/Spanish is a plus);
• Computer skills;
• Complex Numerical and Bureaucratic Aptitude;
• Time management skills;
• Communication skills.
