Responsibilities

• Manage and support client relationships across Europe during the full survey cycle.
• Assist in client presentations and forums; promote data purchasing plans.
• Support development of survey, analytics offerings, and data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics teams for market benchmarking on pay elements.
• Support pay transparency and job evaluation projects with data validation and deliverables.
