Job summary

WTW Rewards Data Intelligence Practice is seeking an Account Manager Support to help grow client relationships across Europe. You will assist in survey, remuneration and benefits projects, and support the data analytics and AI-enabled job matching initiatives to serve client needs.

In this role you will collaborate with the Data & Analytics team, contribute to proposals, and help deliver compensation studies and pay benchmarking. Strong organization and client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management and focus on quality service.
• Experience with data management and HR-related data is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint; handling databases or statistical software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide survey, reward, and compensation consulting support to clients.
• Assist in growing the team’s profitability and manage client relationships across Europe.
• Support development of survey and data analytics offerings for clients across industries.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics teams to provide market benchmarking insights.
