Archer in Malta is seeking a Business Developer to own the entire commercial pipeline, drive expansion, and close high-value IT recruitment accounts. You’ll pitch directly to CTOs and Talent leads, solving hiring bottlenecks while earning uncapped commissions and advancing through a Leadership Academy.

Expect multi-tier promotions in Year 1 and a fast-track path to leadership as the Europe-wide footprint expands.

Qualifications

• 1+ experience in SDR, BDR, Business Development, B2C and B2B Sales, Telesales, Real Estate, Insurance or Financial Sales.

• Identify & Qualify : Map out high-growth tech and iGaming brands in Malta, pinpointing decision-makers who need top-tier IT talent.- Initiate High-Impact Dialogue : Pitch our IT recruitment solutions directly to CTOs and Talent leads to solve their critical hiring bottlenecks.- Execute the Deal : Lead negotiations and drive the sales cycle from initial pitch to signed recruitment agreement.- Cultivate High-Value Partnerships : Build long-term relationships with key tech clients to secure repeat mandates and retainers.
