Wyndham Grand Carvoeiro Algarve, a five-star hotel overlooking Vale de Centeanes Beach in Carvoeiro, Lagoa, is seeking a Kitchen Steward to join its team.

You will ensure the cleaning of fine kitchenware and maintain stewarding areas while supporting HACCP standards. The role offers international brand exposure, training, and real opportunities for career growth in a dynamic environment.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Passion for customer service and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong sense of responsibility, organisation and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills with guests and colleagues from different departments.
• Well-presented, organised, proactive, dynamic and versatile.
• Availability and flexibility to work different schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the cleaning and washing of fine kitchenware (plates, glasses and cutlery).
• Wash kitchen equipment and utensils (pots, pans and cooking utensils).
• Maintain the stewarding area and support areas clean and organised.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist in maintaining the organisation of kitchen work areas.
