Capgemini Engineering is seeking a 2nd Line Network Technician to ensure stability, performance and continuity of enterprise networks. You will provide advanced 2nd line support, troubleshoot complex incidents, and coordinate with 3rd line teams to deliver effective solutions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in telecom or enterprise network support, hands-on Cisco/Huawei equipment experience, and Cisco CCNA certification.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications or enterprise network support.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching and wireless technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and client-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced 2nd line technical support to clients, managing incident tickets through to resolution.
• Diagnose and resolve complex network incidents through structured troubleshooting across routing, switching and wireless.
• Act as a direct point of contact for clients, analysing issues and delivering clear solutions.
• Collaborate with internal 3rd line teams to resolve complex network challenges.
• Monitor client network environments to proactively identify and resolve issues.
