Euronext in Porto is seeking a SNOC Engineer to provide level 1/2 technical support for its infrastructures, focusing on security operations and IT resilience across market operations. The role is based in Porto with a 24/7 shift pattern and requires collaboration with colleagues across Euronext locations.

You will monitor security alerts, investigate incidents, manage changes, and triage tickets while adhering to SLAs.

Qualificações

• Experience in Security Operations Center or equivalent training.
• Hands-on with security monitoring tools (DarkTrace, CrowdStrike, GuardDuty).
• Solid understanding of networking protocols TCP/IP, DNS, NTP/PTP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS.
• Troubleshooting in multi-vendor environments (Juniper, Cisco, Arista, Check Point, Fortinet).
• Willingness to rapidly learn new technologies and communicate effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to alerts following established processes and SLAs.
• Troubleshoot security alerts and implement solutions.
• Manage security-related changes per change management processes.
• Handle, track, review, and escalate tickets.
• Prioritize tasks to meet SLAs and improve services.
