• Provide top-notch application, hardware, IT, and digital solutions support to customers and employees, ensuring a seamless experience.

• Design and conduct training sessions for employees and clients, empowering them with the knowledge they need to succeed.

• Identify and resolve complex issues, enhancing the quality and reliability of our products.

• Play a key role in the distribution of critical information, ensuring everyone is up-to-date with the latest developments.

• Engage in on-site service activities, aiding field-based technical support and sales personnel.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in CRM systems, ensuring transparency and efficiency in operations.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing solutions that satisfy and elevate their experience.

• Experienced in identifying and troubleshooting complex issues with over 5 years in installations and customer support.

• Educated in Technical IT with knowledge of IT@WF and SWA systems.

• Skilled in communication, ensuring effective client and colleague interactions.

• Dedicated to professional growth and staying current with industry trends.

• Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy in documentation and tasks.

• Strong collaborator, fostering a supportive team environment
