Operations Specialist with Spanish

We will count on you to:

  • Collate, review and process data related to clients' insurance policies and benefits plans (prepare the respective translations)
  • Generate claims ratio report
  • Maintain the quality of data and documents in internal systems and applications
  • Support administrators onshore in daily activities
  • Reconciling accounts with insurance companies
  • Introduction of receipts into the system for invoicing
  • Requesting data from clients
  • Browsing insurance companies' websites to download data or documents
  • Registration of suppliers

What you need to have:

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Spanish
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and general computer literacy
  • Good organization skills, attention to detail and ability to seek improvements within existing processes
  • Proactivity, responsibility and verbal and written communication skills
