Job summary
A dynamic international team is looking for a B2B Support Specialist to assist Polish-speaking businesses in leveraging advertising tools on social media platforms. This role requires fluency in Polish and English and offers a competitive salary, along with benefits like meal allowances and shared accommodation. Responsibilities
- Assist small and medium-sized businesses using advertising tools on social media platforms.
- Handle customer support through chat, email, and outbound calls in both Polish and English.
- Assist with troubleshooting, bug reporting, and platform navigation.
- Offer guidance on campaign optimization and self-service ad tools.
- Convert written support requests into outbound calls to ensure timely resolution.
- Identify common trends and provide feedback to improve the advertiser experience.
- Work with various tools and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
