Qualifications

• Fluency in Polish (C2 level or higher) and English (B2 level or higher).

• Familiarity with online advertising platforms or digital marketing is a plus.

• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Assist small and medium-sized businesses using advertising tools on social media platforms.
• Handle customer support through chat, email, and outbound calls in both Polish and English.
• Assist with troubleshooting, bug reporting, and platform navigation.
• Offer guidance on campaign optimization and self-service ad tools.
• Convert written support requests into outbound calls to ensure timely resolution.
• Identify common trends and provide feedback to improve the advertiser experience.
• Work with various tools and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
