The company provides sourcing, procurement, and shortage‑management services to support manufacturers and OEMs, with a strong focus on quality assurance, inventory management, and reliable delivery for industries such as industrial, automotive, aerospace, medical, and consumer electronics. The role combines account management with new business development, requiring a consultative sales approach, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. They offer the opportunity to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and represent the business at industry events while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure high standards of compliance, traceability, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts within Poland, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities, develop leads, and convert prospects into long‑term customers.
