As our Technical Recruiter, you’ll build high-performing teams across engineering, product, and GTM functions. This is an intense, hands‑on role with full ownership.

📍Location: Remote - this role is available across all EU countries with overlap for the US ET timezone (NYC HQ)

• You’ll own end‑to‑end execution for full‑cycle technical recruiting
• You’ll build and deliver high‑quality pipelines across engineering, product, GTM, and ops
• You’ll collaborate with hiring managers, senior recruiters, and leadership to sharpen role definitions, streamline processes, and accelerate hiring
• You’ll solve complex recruiting challenges with first‑principles thinking and high‑speed execution
• You’ll drive measurable outcomes across pipeline health, time‑to‑fill, and candidate experience

• 3+ years experience in full‑cycle technical recruiting or sourcing
• Proven track record hiring Software Engineers, Product Managers, and GTM roles in high‑growth environments
• Deep expertise in technical sourcing methods, ATS workflows, and pipeline analytics
• Strong understanding of modern technical stacks, frameworks, and industry trends
• Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms like Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or Workday
• Exceptional communication, relationship management, and prioritization skills
• Ability to manage multiple pipelines and move fast without sacrificing quality

• Base Compensation: $3,000 – $6,500 per month
• Equity: ~$40K
• Contract type: B2B
