You will manage full-cycle technical recruiting and collaborate with key stakeholders to streamline hiring processes, directly impacting the culture and trajectory of the team.   • You’ll own end‑to‑end execution for full‑cycle technical recruiting
  • You’ll build and deliver high‑quality pipelines across engineering, product, GTM, and ops

  • You’ll solve complex recruiting challenges with first‑principles thinking and high‑speed execution

  • Strong understanding of modern technical stacks, frameworks, and industry trends
  • Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms like Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or Workday
  • Exceptional communication, relationship management, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple pipelines and move fast without sacrificing quality
