A leading company in the fintech sector is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant/Business Manager to the CEO. This remote role involves supporting the CEO with administrative and operational responsibilities, managing their schedule, and engaging with key stakeholders. Position Title: Business Manager to the CEO
Reporting Line: Reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Location: Preferably Cyprus but certainly in the European time zone. Fully remote job.
General Purpose: Supports the CEO by managing administrative, operational, and selected management responsibilities—enabling the CEO to focus on high-value strategic initiatives. Acts as a trusted extension of the CEO to ensure effective follow‑through on priorities, negotiations, and organizational execution.
