This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Head of Product Growth in Poland. As Head of Product Growth, you will own and drive the growth engine for a high‑impact SaaS platform, focusing on scaling self‑serve revenue and optimizing the end‑to‑end user journey. You will lead cross‑functional teams to implement data‑driven growth strategies, design and execute experiments, and build repeatable processes that improve activation, retention, and monetization. This role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on execution, allowing you to influence product, marketing, and sales outcomes while mentoring a high‑performing growth team. You will operate in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment, shaping a product‑led growth engine that drives meaningful business results and lasting customer impact.

Accountabilities
  • Own and forecast self‑serve revenue, partnering with Finance/RevOps on targets and reporting.
  • Identify, prioritise, and optimise growth levers across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetisation.
  • Lead the design, execution, and analysis of ≥10 experiments per month, ensuring learnings inform strategic decisions.
  • Define critical metrics, maintain data integrity, and deliver trusted activation and retention dashboards.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to implement high‑impact growth initiatives and AI use cases.
  • Manage and mentor the growth team, including PMs, analysts, and lifecycle/CRM specialists, while hiring for skill gaps.
  • Align PLG strategies with sales and customer success for seamless handoffs and PQL/PIQ definitions.
Requirements
  • 6–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth or PLG leadership with a track record of driving activation and self‑serve revenue.
  • Strong commercial ownership, including forecasting, variance analysis, and the ability to clearly explain growth drivers.
  • Hands‑on experience designing and running growth experiments, influencing pricing, packaging, and conversion strategies.
  • Analytical depth to build models, define reliable instrumentation, and design trustworthy tests.
  • Excellent product sense and ability to make strategic decisions that bend the growth curve.
  • Proven leadership as a player‑coach, managing PMs or ICs and delivering cross‑functional results in self‑serve and sales‑led contexts.
  • Nice‑to‑haves: UX intuition, AI product adoption experience, marketplace or integration ecosystem familiarity, and prior scale‑up experience with self‑serve revenue growth.
