Join our team and play a critical role in managing and delivering successful service projects for our key client! We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee HVAC and Building Management System (BMS) projects.
Lead and manage multiple service projects within the HVAC and Building Management System domain, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Develop comprehensive action plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets. Create and maintain detailed project schedules using tools like Gantt charts or Kanban boards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project communication, providing regular updates to clients, stakeholders, and team members. Proactively address and mitigate project risks.
Work closely with the E&S delivery team, internal team leads, supervisors, and external vendors/subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor project budgets, control costs, handle financial queries, and forecast expenses to ensure profitability. Assist in preparing and managing change orders.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and collaboration to address recurring issues and service challenges. Keep clients and Amazon Account Management informed of recurring service-related problems.
Track and analyze project KPIs using data reporting and analysis tools to provide actionable insights and ensure performance.
Review and approve Scopes of Work (SoW) or changes, ensuring all parties understand mechanical and electrical scope requirements.
Maintain accurate project documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing projects in the HVAC, BMS, or related industries. Experience working on service projects for large-scale commercial clients (e.g., data centers, warehouses) is preferred.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Adaptability to address changes and challenges in dynamic project environments.
Attention to detail for tracking dependencies, deadlines, and deliverables.
Ability to interpret client expectations and translate them into successful project outcomes.
Skilled in working with data sets, databases, and manipulating data.
Proficiency in cloud tools like Microsoft 365 and Airtables.
Experience with financial tracking tools and budgeting.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, customer-driven approach.
