Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Global Service Systems, the Global Service Data Steward (AI and Analytics) is responsible for supports the integrity and usability of data powering our AI and machine learning initiatives. You’ll help maintain trusted datasets, ensure adherence to company data governance and compliance policies, and collaborate with data science and engineering teams. This role does not own governance frameworks but is expected to follow established standards.

This position is part of the Global Services team, and will be remote in the US or Europe.

In this role, a typical day will look like:
  • Validate and maintain high-quality datasets for AI/ML workflows

  • Apply company data governance and compliance policies in daily work

  • Document data sources, definitions, and lineage for AI projects

  • Support metadata tagging and classification for AI datasets

  • Partner with data scientists to ensure accurate and consistent input data for models

  • Assist with feature preparation and data readiness for AI projects

  • Troubleshoot data issues with engineering and analytics teams

  • Provide guidance on best practices for data handling in AI pipelines

  • Collaborating across global teams in an agile environment

  • Review Neuron7 (N7) dashboard to understand the nexus between data quality, N7 output, and end user expectations. Take actions to continually improve the data quality, work with N7 to improve the output to meet the end user expectations.

  • Monitor and correct data drift to maintain the performance of the system.

  • Any other function deemed necessary to perform

The essential requirements of the job include:
  • English speaking (professional fluency).

  • Strong: experience working with datasets, dashboards, or data QA.

  • Ability to work independently and drive projects with minimal guidance.

  • Familiarity with SQL concepts, data management, or metadata practices (formal certification not required).

  • Exposure to AWS and/or Salesforce environments is a plus.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $100,000 - $115,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
