Job summary

Scale-X Solutions is seeking a reliable Bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial and administrative tasks. You’ll primarily work in Xero, keeping financial records accurate and up to date, while also providing general admin support as needed.

You will handle transactions, reconciliations, payroll support, invoices, and reports while collaborating with an Australian client. This role offers remote work from Poland and a morning shift.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience – required.
• Good understanding of Australian bookkeeping practices.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions in Xero.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Prepare and send customer invoices.
• Track outstanding invoices and payments.
• Process and monitor supplier invoices and payments.
• Keep financial records and files organized.
• Assist with basic payroll-related tasks.
• Maintain employee payroll information and records.
• Provide general administrative support when needed.
• Organize financial documents and files.
• Assist with simple reports and other finance-related tasks.
