British Council in Warsaw is seeking a Workforce Resourcing Coordinator to support planning, coordination and deployment of workforce resources across Teaching and Exams operations. You will manage contracting, onboarding, scheduling and readiness of Venue Staff, Examiners and Teaching Assistants, while collaborating with Delivery and Academic teams.

The role requires experience in workforce coordination, strong organisational skills, and professional English; a degree or equivalent work

We inspire.Workforce Resourcing Coordinator GER, POL, UA (50346)Location: Warsaw, PolandContract: Fixed-termPay Band: 4HRole PurposeJoin us as a Workforce Resourcing Coordinator, where you will support the planning, coordination, and deployment of workforce resources across Teaching and Exams operations. You will manage the contracting, onboarding, scheduling, and readiness of Venue Staff, Examiners, and Teaching Assistants, while supporting teacher contracting and workforce planning activities in collaboration with Delivery and Academic teams.Working closely with internal stakeholders and shared service teams, you will help ensure workforce data, compliance processes, and scheduling activities are accurate, efficient, and delivered on time.Essential requirementsYou have experience in workforce coordination, scheduling, or resource planning within a fast-paced operational environment. You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple stakeholders and priorities. Experience in regulated environments, such as exams, events, logistics, or service delivery, will be an advantage.You will also bring strong communication skills, sound process management capabilities, experience supervising staff or contractors, and professional proficiency in English.
